Do you Ship Cakes?:
Truly Custom Cakery, LLC™ does not ship cakes. Delivery is offered in Bucks County, PA & Montgomery County, PA (see below for details).
How should we contact you?:
Please use the Contact Page and include as much information as possible when inquiring about a cake. Be sure to include the date and number of guests you wish to feed.
How much notice do you need for my cake order?
I used to say 2 weeks is the minimum however we've been getting increasingly busy and have been filling our calendar as much as 2 months in advance. The safest bet is to book AS SOON as you can. We have dates 9 months out that are already booked. Since we can only take a limited number of designer cakes per weekend, the sooner you reserve your date, the better chance it will be available.
How much do your cakes run?
Minimum order is $200.00.
Prices start at $4.00/serving for Standard Tiered Cakes.
Cupcakes start at $3.50/serving. A 3 tiered Cupcake Stand is $25.00 and will be added to your quote if you purchase a Cupcake Tree with a decorated top cake.
Cookies are $4.00/cookie with a minimum of 1 dozen decorated cookies per order.
Carved/Sculpted Cakes are priced individually. Please Contact Us to get a quote.

Down Payment: A down payment of 50% is expected at the time of reservation. Cash or check is our preferred method of payment. *Please note: Your date has NOT been reserved until your deposit has been received. |

Final Payment: The total amount due must be paid two weeks prior to your event date. |

Pick Up: If you are picking up a cake we strongly urge you to use a vehicle with a large flat surface and something with fold down seats allowing for air conditioning to reach the cake. Cakes do not like to be hot and will shed their iced coverings to cool themselves. Try to avoid slamming on the brakes at the light or cause G-forces going around a corner. Never hold a cake in your lap. You will wind up wearing it or will need therapy from the stress. |

Flowers: If you wish to use your florist we will be happy to provide you with the dimensions of your cake for you to make arrangements with your florist. We will not pick up your florists flowers but will arrange them on the cake IF they are at the reception site at the time of the cake delivery. We are not responsible for the final look of loose flowers but will try to follow your design as close as possible. |

Cancellations: A cancellation may be made up to two weeks before the event. In the event of cancellation the down payment will be refunded within 30 days minus the $50 “reserve the date” fee. |

Guarantee: While we make every effort to provide exactly the flavors, fillings, decorations, sizes, shapes and colors you have requested, the creation of a cake is an art and may be subject to slight variations by the creator(s). I promise you the best product and service I can provide. |

Our Obligation: We take our obligation to provide your cake as agreed in this contract very seriously. However, should an unforeseeable event occur which prevents us from fulfilling our obligation and we must cancel our agreement with you, we will refund your payment in-full. In addition, if at all possible we will work with you to find another qualified bakery to assist you with your special occasion cake and will cooperate in transferring materials to the new baker. _______________________________________________________
