Do you Ship Cakes?

Truly Custom Cakery, LLC™ does not ship cakes. Delivery is offered in the Greater Philadelphia Area (see below for details).

How should we contact you?

Please use the Quote Page and include as much information as possible when inquiring about a cake. 

How much notice do you need for my cake order?

The safest bet is to book AS SOON as you can.  We have dates 9 months out that are already booked. Since we can only take a limited number of designer cakes per weekend, the sooner you reserve your date, the better chance it will be available. We require at least 2 weeks notice for custom orders. Stock Cakes and Cake of the Month Orders can sometimes be filled with less notice.

How much do your cakes run?

Minimum order is $200.00.  Minimum sculpted cake order is $300.00

Prices start at $4.00/serving for Standard Tiered Buttercream Cakes, and $5.00/serving for Standard Tiered Fondant Cakes.

Cupcakes start at $2.50/serving. A 3-tiered or 4-tiered cupcake stand will be an additional $25 or $30, respectively, and will be added to your quote if you purchase a Cupcake Tree with a decorated top cake.

Cookies are $4.00/cookie with a minimum of 1 dozen decorated cookies per order.

Do you provide allergen free or gluten free products?

**Truly Custom Cakery, LLC is NOT an allergen free facility. All ingredients may at some time or other during the process be exposed to wheat, soy, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and egg.**

POLICIES

  Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is expected at the time of reservation. We accept cash, check, or credit card via Paypal payments.
*Please note: Your date has NOT been reserved until your deposit has been received.

Final Payment: The total amount due must be paid two weeks prior to your event date.

Delivery: Is available. Fees Do Apply.

Pick Up: If you are picking up a cake we strongly urge you to use a vehicle with a large flat surface and something with fold down seats allowing for air conditioning to reach the cake. Cakes do not like to be hot and will shed their iced coverings to cool themselves. Try to avoid slamming on the brakes at the light or cause G-forces going around a corner. Never hold a cake in your lap. You will wind up wearing it or will need therapy from the stress.

Flowers: If you wish to use your florist we will be happy to provide you with the dimensions of your cake for you to make arrangements with your florist. We will not pick up your florists flowers but will arrange them on the cake IF they are at the reception site at the time of the cake delivery. We are not responsible for the final look of loose flowers but will try to follow your design as closely as possible.

Cancellations: A cancellation may be made up to two weeks before the event. In the event of cancellation the deposit will be refunded within 30 days minus your non-refundable deposit.

Guarantee: While we make every effort to provide exactly the flavors, fillings, decorations, sizes, shapes and colors you have requested, the creation of a cake is an art and may be subject to slight variations by the creator(s). We promise you the best product and service we can provide, and your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Our Obligation: We take our obligation to provide your cake as agreed in your contract very seriously. However, should an unforeseeable event occur which prevents us from fulfilling our obligation and we must cancel our agreement with you, we will refund your payment in full. In addition, if at all possible, we will work with you to find another qualified bakery to assist you with your special occasion cake and will cooperate in transferring materials to the new baker.
